Job Description This pivotal role offers the opportunity to provide site engineering leadership, driving the achievement of key objectives and contributing to business success within a global function.
Reporting to the Global Head of Advanced Application Engineering, you will be an integral part of the global engineering leadership team, guiding and inspiring a large team of multi-skilled Engineers.
In this role, you will lead the engineering team and collaborate with the local management team to support both engineering and business objectives.
You will ensure clear communication and support within the global engineering structure, aligning with the broader engineering vision and goals.
Additionally, you will prepare, manage, and report on site engineering plans and KPIs for your areas of responsibility.
We are looking for a motivational and inspiring leader who can foster a positive culture of passion and pride.
Experience Requirements: Degree-level education or relevant experience in an engineering or science discipline Proven success in site engineering leadership, including workload and resource management and multiple stakeholder management, ideally in a manufacturing and sales matrix environment Experience in budgetary control, target setting, and business planning Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships at all levels The Successful Candidate: Able to engage, inspire and motivate teams and manage multiple stakeholders Able to lead change, creating a positive culture of passion and pride Strong decision making ability able to make decisions quickly in a crisis Strong problem solving to develop customer and business focused results Additional Information Rotork is the market-leading global flow control and instrumentation company, helping our customers manage the flow of liquids, gases and powders across many industries worldwide.
