Main duties of the job The role:You will have responsibility for the efficient management and leadership of the team in accordance with our existing framework, policies and procedures.
You will be the first point of contact for providing support to the team members as well as ensuring we deliver 5* customer service experience to patients.A positive team culture is vitally important to our success.
You will be passionate and driven to ensure the team culture is positive and in line with our vision, values and behaviours.

Ensure the workflow is kept up to date at all timesDenplanAdministration Conductaudits alongside taking responsibility during internal and external audits/inspectionsEffectivelymaintain equipment & manage reactive repairs in line with recommendationsFacilitateordering new equipment as necessaryManageappointment book and recall/referral systemsEnsureeffective diary managementOverseeordering and control of stock materials, equipment, stationary, cleaning etc EffectiveIT system management Effectivecommunication with all key business relationshipsTimemanagement in line with practice needsWebsitecontent co-ordinationEnsure fullCQC compliance and compliance in organisational proceduresAbility toundertake nursing/reception duties as and when requiredManage customer service standards and ensure compliance with thePatient JourneyActively manage complaints& patient feedback taking action where necessaryTeam Management & HREncourage and developan engaged work-force through excellent communication and leading by example.To ensureall staff carry out their duties in line with organisational policies and SOPsAmbassadorof group vision, values & behaviours Effectively balance people, operational and activityrequirementsInduction of staff and dentistsStaff development & training Carry out monthly one to ones with all team members (more frequentlyif required)Carry out annual performance and development reviewsProduce weekly rotas, manage sickness andmanage holidays to ensure efficient staffing levels at all times.

You will have excellent communication, IT and organisational skills including the ability to prioritise whilst managing reactive business needs.
