What you need to succeedYou must be a clear and confident communicator with confidence in dealing with people at all levels.
You'll need to possess great organization and time management skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You will be able to own & manage your own workload and it is essential you haveprevious Business Travel Consultant experience, with working knowledge of airline, rail fares and ticketing.In the role of a Business Travel Consultant, each day is engaging and full of opportunities.
You'll begin by aligning your daily objectives with our performance targets and client needs, setting the stage for a productive day ahead.
Your typical responsibilities will include:Booking and managing complex travel itineraries, encompassing air, rail, car, and hotel accommodations using GDS systems such as Galileo.Providing tailored travel solutions to clients, ensuring cost-effectiveness and convenience.Handling client inquiries, offering expert advice, and resolving any travel-related issues swiftly.Continuously updating your knowledge of fare structures, travel regulations, and destination information to offer the best service.Building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to exceed service levels and meet performance targets.Collaborating with team members to share best practices and contribute to a positive, high-achieving environment.Please note, multiple shift opportunities available - Full and Part time also available.
