We are currently recruiting for an Area Manager to join their dynamic team in Northern Ireland.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced operations leader to contribute to the continued success of a high-growth business that truly values its people and fosters a positive working environment.
About the Role: As the Area Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the operational performance of multiple sites across the region, ensuring consistent delivery of excellent standards and exceptional customer service.
You will lead a team of store managers, ensuring operational efficiency, driving growth, and implementing best practices to enhance performance.
This is a leadership role where you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the business while supporting the development of your team in a positive, people-first culture.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the operational performance of multiple stores across your designated area, ensuring consistency and high standards in all locations.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of store managers, promoting a collaborative, high-performance culture across the region.
Drive operational efficiencies in key areas such as stock management, customer service, and inventory control.
Work closely with senior leadership to ensure that operational strategies align with the company's business objectives.
Identify and implement process improvements, using data and insights to optimise store performance and achieve key business goals.
Ensure that all stores maintain a customer-centric approach, delivering an outstanding experience at every touchpoint.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations across all locations in your area.
About You: You will have a proven track record in a multi-site leadership role within retail or hospitality, managing high-volume or fast-paced locations.
A natural leader with the ability to inspire and develop your team to reach their full potential and drive operational performance.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions that improve business results.
A people-first attitude , with a commitment to creating a supportive, collaborative, and inclusive culture across all locations.
