* NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent qualification * Thorough understanding of vehicle safety standards and guidelines * Strong problem-solving skills, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work * Proven ability to meet efficiency targets while maintaining a keen eye for detail * Ability to collaborate and contribute positively within a team environment * A current valid MOT licence is advantageous but not essential * Must hold a full UK driving licence We value diversity and believe it strengthens our team.
