Why This Role is Different At the heart of our provision is a trauma-informed approach, tailored to meet each student where they are—emotionally and academically.
You'll teach in flexible, nurturing environments that may include outreach locations, small group settings, or one-on-one sessions.
Your role will focus on delivering a well-rounded curriculum that supports academic growth, practical skills, and personal development, giving students the tools they need to thrive.
What You'll Do Inspire Learning: Deliver engaging lessons across a range of subjects, both academic and vocational, designed to meet individual student needs and build their confidence.
Empower Through Outreach: Teach in bespoke environments beyond mainstream classrooms, offering tailored support to unlock each student's potential.
Champion Trauma-Informed Practices: Foster trust, stability, and growth by acknowledging and addressing the effects of trauma on learning.
Collaborate for Impact: Work closely with teaching assistants, mental health specialists, and family support teams to create a holistic support system.
Who You Are Qualified and Motivated: You're a UK QTS-qualified teacher with the expertise and enthusiasm to deliver a varied curriculum.
Adaptable and Empathetic: You thrive in dynamic settings, tailoring your approach to meet diverse learning and emotional needs.
Team Player: You value collaboration, working seamlessly with colleagues and support staff to ensure each student's success.
Driven by Purpose: Whether you're experienced in SEMH education or eager to learn, you're committed to empowering young people to overcome barriers and achieve their dreams.
Why Join Us?
Small Groups, Big Impact: Work with students in intimate settings where your teaching makes a tangible difference every day.
Professional Growth: Access specialised training in trauma-informed practices and SEMH education strategies.
A Supportive Community: Be part of a passionate, inclusive team that shares your commitment to transforming lives.
Make a Real Difference: Guide students toward a brighter future, helping them build confidence, resilience, and success.
