What's possible?
Use the Computerised Maintenance Management System CMMS to acquire requested tasks and planned maintenance routines.
Preparing a preliminary shutdown schedule for review and approval Alignment of all maintenance and any project/3rd party contract activities Generation of S-Curve and KPI reports daily during shutdown period.
Liaise with Shutdown planners and project managers to ensure all work scopes are planned and ready for execution.
What do you bring?
You will be an Experienced Planner/Scheduler of annual shutdown maintenance.
Proficient in the use of P6 planning tools.
You will have excellent communication skills in order to ensure shutdown information is correct and all resources, manning levels and job steps are done in the correct order.
You will have experienced using Oracle / SAP and have excellent Excel / CMMS knowledge.
You will be a confident communicator chairing site shutdown meeting at all levels.
