Job summary The role of a Learning and Development Facilitator at Avery Healthcare is to drive performance and quality within their care homes through the delivery of quality-assured training to the team.
The focus is on ensuring that Avery has a competent and compliant team to deliver exceptional care to their residents.
Main duties of the job As a Learning and Development Facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of training topics with a focus on statutory and mandatory training.
You will collaborate with the wider L&D team and business operators to identify learning needs and follow appropriate governance and quality assurance structures.
Ensuring that all learning interventions meet the diverse needs of learners and take an inclusive approach to ensure learning accessibility and outcomes for all.

ABOUT THE ROLEYour focus as Learning and Development Facilitator will be to drive performance and quality within our homes through delivery of quality assured training to our team.
You will be ensuring that we have a competent and compliant team to deliver exceptional care to our responsibilities will include: Being the lead trainer for a cluster of homes, delivering a variety of topic areas with a focus on statutory and mandatory training.
Assisting in the identification of learning needs by utilising the LMS, working collaboratively with the wider L&D team and business operators.
Following appropriate governance and quality assurance structures that are in place across all learning and development activities.
Ensuring all learning interventions meet the diverse needs of learners, proactively taking an inclusive approach to ensure learning accessibility and outcomes for all learners.ABOUT YOUTo be successful in your application, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do.
