  Key Responsibilities: As a Maths Teacher, you will: Deliver engaging and inspiring Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the needs of all students, fostering a love for Maths and encouraging progress.
Assess, monitor, and report on students' progress, providing constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel supported and challenged.
Support the school's ethos and values, promoting a culture of respect, responsibility, and resilience.
Actively participate in departmental meetings, contributing to curriculum planning and resource development.
Establish strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, maintaining effective communication to support student success.
Take part in school events, extracurricular activities, and wider school life.
  Expectations: The ideal candidate will: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Maths or a related subject.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the national curriculum for Mathematics.
Have a proven track record of delivering successful Maths lessons, with evidence of student progress and achievement.
Be adaptable, enthusiastic, and committed to professional growth.
Possess excellent classroom management skills, creating a focused and productive learning environment.
Be proactive in using innovative teaching methods and strategies to engage students.
Be dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students.
