5 day week 930am – 530pm Monday Friday every Saturday with a day in lieu 9am – 1pm Saturdays

Our client is an exciting Estate Agency in the Rochdale area and they have a fantastic opportunity to join their branch as a Valuer/Lister and help set up a newly opening office opening very soon in Leigh.
This is a fantastic role offering long term progression to oversee and run 2 offices with the business. If you have had previous experience as a Liser/Valuer and you are looking for your next opportunity please apply and find out more about this role
Responsibilities in this role are:
Carrying out market appraisals/valuations with the aim of bringing as many properties to the market as possible. Managing your clients (as well as your colleague's clients) keeping them updated at all times and providing and exceptional level of service. Negotiating offers to the point of sale and exchange. Registering applicants and identifying opportunities for valuations financial & Legal services leads and viewings. Constantly looking to improve our market share and identifying all opportunities to grow the business. You have: Previous experience in property listing/valuing is essential A full UK driving licence and your own car A strong work ethic A successful track record in your academic professional or personal life A desire to grow as an individual Is hungry for success Is eager to learn new things Thrives in a busy environment Apply online today or call the Crux team on.
