Job Description New Graduate RF Design Engineer job available in Fareham, Hampshire Job Focus: RF design, development and testing (1 GHz - 3GHZ).
Location: Fareham, Hampshire (near Portsmouth) Onsite, with some flexibility for hybrid working.
We are currently looking for a Graduate RF Design Engineer to join a leading Defence and Space technology organisation in Fareham, Hampshire (near Portsmouth).
The role is focused on RF design, development and testing of products in the UHF / 1Ghz - 3GHz range.
You'll work on the development of RF transmitters and receivers as well as power amplifiers.
You'll be given support and training to develop your skillset with RF electronics.
Skills / Experience we're looking for: An academic background in Electronic Engineering / RF development with an understanding of wireless communications and related technology.
Exposure to RF test and measurement equipment.
Electronic design experience (analogue, digital) would be beneficial but not essential.
An understanding of SDR (Software Defined Radio) would also be beneficial but not essential.
Due to the nature of the work, all applicants must hold a British passport.
