Regulatory Reporting & Oversight Manager Location: Finnieston Hybrid Salary: Competitive + Benefits Are you an experienced compliance professional with a passion for ensuring excellence in regulatory reporting and oversight?
We are seeking a Regulatory Reporting & Oversight Manager on behalf of our client, a leading organisation within their sector.
This pivotal role reports directly to the Head of Internal Control, Compliance & Legal Relay and offers an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team while driving key compliance initiatives.
About the Role The Regulatory Reporting & Oversight Manager will be responsible for ensuring all regulatory reporting is accurate and timely, both internally and with external bodies such as the FCA, FLA, and ICO.
This role also involves managing the Oversight Analysts team, ensuring that the oversight framework is robust and consistently adhered to across the business.
Key Responsibilities Ensure accurate and timely submission of regulatory reports.
Utilize existing reporting tools and develop new frameworks to monitor operational risk and compliance.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory landscape, motor finance industry, and internal processes.
Implement and maintain an effective oversight framework across first and second-line teams.
Provide regular feedback to senior management on oversight performance.
Escalate issues appropriately and ensure timely resolution.
Lead and develop a team of Oversight Analysts.
Promote collaboration, efficiency, and a solution-focused culture.
Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, offering guidance, support, and training to team members.
What Were Looking For Strong background in analytical reporting and quality assurance.
Up-to-date knowledge of CONC, TCF Principles, and GDPR.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong leadership and team development abilities.
