We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role Salary: Negotiable depending on experience What you'll be doing: You will oversee the day to day management of the Project Engineering team Lead and coach the development and management of the Project Engineering team on site Work closely with specialist engineers to ensure that their needs are incorporated and maintained within the Engineering tooling and infrastructure Work closely with other Engineering Leads to ensure that their needs are addressed in solutions that are implementable and supportable Monitor relevant technical developments, such as model authoring tools and information management Your skills and experiences: Essential You will need to have experience of working with the Engineering lifecycle Previous leadership experience will be required You will need to have good Systems Engineering experience Good knowledge of the application of modern Systems Engineering methods to large scale system development, including to a variety of system types Desirable Previous experience within the use and application of Model Based Systems Engineering Benefits: You'll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
