As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced AEM Developer to join our team.
The Role   As our AEM Developer, you'll play a key role in the design, development, and deployment of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions for our clients.
You'll work closely with content authors, designers, and other developers to deliver seamless, scalable, and high-performing digital platforms.
You'll have the opportunity to:  Develop and implement custom AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations.
Build robust and scalable solutions that meet client requirements and align with AEM best practices.
Optimize AEM implementations for performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM architecture, front-end behavior, and back-end processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AEM with third-party systems, APIs, and tools.
Perform testing, code reviews, and documentation to ensure consistent quality and maintainability.
We are a highly collaborative team that values technical expertise, innovation, and delivering exceptional results.
Skills and Experience You Will Bring   Proven experience as an AEM Developer , working on enterprise-level AEM implementations.
Solid understanding of AEM architecture , including components, templates, dialogs, workflows, and CRXDE.
Proficiency in Java , JSP/Servlets , and related AEM development frameworks.
Experience with front-end technologies : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and libraries like React or Angular.
Familiarity with integrating AEM solutions with RESTful APIs , external systems, and databases.
Experience with version control systems like Git and deployment pipelines.
Knowledge of AEM authoring best practices to support content teams.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with attention to performance and security.
Previous experience in B2B industries such as Life Sciences or Financial Services is advantageous but not essential.
