They are seeking an experienced and dynamic National Sales Manager to drive business growth, develop client relationships.
As a National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and expanding their sales efforts nationwide in the commercial cleaning sector.
You will oversee the development and execution of their sales strategy, identify new business opportunities, and work closely with senior leadership to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Activity Generation: Proactively generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities to achieve new business targets, focusing on key metrics such as appointments, quotes, and orders.
Strategic Sales Execution: Implement and deliver the sales plan as agreed with the Group Commercial Director, identifying and targeting new business opportunities within your designated geography and sector.
Account Development: Create and execute strategic account development plans with the Group Commercial Director, targeting and acquiring additional business from key customers.
Bidding & Tendering: Lead and manage the completion of bids and tender responses, collaborating with the Sales Support team to align with customer growth objectives.
Achieve Sales Targets: Deliver results aligned with agreed budgets, consistently exceeding sales expectations where possible.
Customer Relationship Management: Identify key decision-makers within customer organizations, building strong relationships and working with operational teams to leverage business opportunities.
Collaborative Working: Support operational teams in delivering high-quality service to nominated accounts, ensuring clear communication and alignment with customer needs.
Proposals & Quotations: Prepare and present accurate quotations and proposals on time, constantly improving content to stay ahead of industry standards.
CRM Management: Utilize the CRM system to track and report on sales activities, prospects, and account development, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
Sales Best Practices: Advocate for best practice sales strategies, continuously driving improvement in sales processes to position the company as an industry leader.
Brand Promotion: Contribute to the growth and development of the company's brand in the marketplace, ensuring our company is recognized for its commitment to safety, quality, and excellence.
Customer Presentations & Reporting: Present management information to major customers and support operational teams in managing customer expectations and requirements.
