Panel Wirer/Electrical Assembly Operative Rugby, CV21 £22.11 per hour (39 hours) Nights (Monday to Thursday, 8:00 PM - 6:15 AM) Temporary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Assembly Operative to join our client's team.
You will play a key role in assembling, testing, and inspecting electrical components and systems to ensure they meet rigorous quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities Assemble electrical components and systems following technical drawings and specifications Perform wiring, soldering, crimping, and other electrical assembly tasks.
Test and inspect completed assemblies to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Identify and resolve assembly issues, escalating complex problems as needed Conduct quality checks on incoming materials and finished products Maintain accurate records of assembly work and test results Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines Skills and Experience Required Previous experience in electrical assembly or a related field (preferred) Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings and schematics.
Proficiency with hand tools and assembly equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
Basic understanding of electrical safety standards and practices.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Desirable Qualifications NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline IPC-A-610 certification or similar in soldering and electrical assembly (preferred but not essential) Experience with Ansul systems (advantageous) #INDENG TPBN1_UKTJ
