Individual Needs Assistant A popular one-form entry school in Lewes, with a capacity for 210 children, is seeking a caring and dedicated Individual Needs Assistant (INA) to join the team.

Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to pupils with additional needs, both in the classroom and during interventions.
Collaborate with teachers, SENCO, and external professionals to implement and adapt learning plans.
Foster the pupil's confidence, independence, and social development.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to progress reviews and Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
What We Are Looking For: Skills & Experience: Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for supporting children with SEND.
Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential – training can be provided.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
