Audit & Risk Recruitment have been mandated by a FTSE listed fast-moving consumer goods business based in Glasgow to find a Head of Risk Management.
This is a newly created position as part of a newly created team.
This role will have line management responsibilities for 3 team members.
Key responsibilities will include: - Building and implementing a new Enterprise Risk Management framework - Working with stakeholders at all levels and across business operations to identify and assess key risks - Develop plans for risk mitigation and conduct risk assessments.
Develop processes for KRIs and Horizon Scanning - Assist the PMO function with development of a new project risk management framework - Collaborate with ESG team from a risk management perspective - Collaborate with the Internal Audit function to ensure the smooth running of the Internal Audit programme, and help with risk-based internal audits The ideal candidate will be an established Enterprise Risk Management professional with experience in the corporate sector.
FMCG experience would be great but if you have worked for other industrial and commercial businesses you are encouraged to apply.
Completion of an IRM qualification will be highly regarded.
