New Age Recruiters Limited is seeking dedicated Domiciliary Care Assistants to join our rapidly growing, award-winning team.
What We Offer: * Competitive Pay: £11.50 - £13 per hour (depending on experience) * Sponosrship: Available after completion of certain hours * Mileage Compensation: 40p per mile between clients * Comprehensive Training: Access to high-quality training and ongoing support to ensure your comfort and confidence in your role as a Care Assistant * Safety First: Full PPE and required equipment provided * Career Growth: Opportunities for progression and development * Supportive Environment: Work with an employer who values and appreciates everything you do as a Care Assistant * Job Satisfaction: Experience a varied role that offers something different every day * Family Feel: Be part of a supportive team of Care Assistants Key Responsibilities of a Care Assistant: * Motivate clients to get the most out of their day * Provide personal care * Administer medication * Assist clients with washing and dressing * Handle shopping, housekeeping, and meal preparation * Accompany clients to appointments or outings Requirements of a Care Assistant: * Full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving license with access to your own vehicle * Genuine passion for helping others * Reliability, team spirit, and a positive attitude Experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, HCA, Health Care Assistant, is required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: £11.50-£13 per hour Expected Hours: 20 – 40 per week Sponsorship available
