Key Responsibilities: Install maintain and troubleshoot solar PV systems and general electrical installations. Lead a team of 34 technicians ensuring high standards of workmanship. Uphold strict industry standards and safety regulations. Deliver exceptional customer service and provide technical support. Produce and maintain accurate documentation of all activities. Travel to various project sites with occasional overnight stays. Requirements: Certification as an Electrician with experience in solar and general electrical installations. Strong diagnostic skills and technical expertise in solar PV systems. Ability to lead and motivate a team. Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
