Role Overview As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing projects that drive client success.

Key Responsibilities : - Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.

- Technical Team Management: Coordinate and oversee the activities of project teams, ensuring tasks are on track and aligned with project objectives.
Collaborate closely with technical experts and team members to drive efficient execution.
- Project Planning and Delivery: Assist in creating detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and work proactively to resolve issues.
- Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and deliver regular project updates to clients and internal stakeholders, facilitating open communication and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Problem Solving: Work collaboratively to identify project challenges and propose effective solutions.
Ensure the alignment of technical outcomes with client goals.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
Contribute to project reports and presentations as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to current project processes and practices, contributing to an evolving and adaptive project management culture.
Qualifications and Skills : - Education: A degree in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to translate technical information for diverse audiences.
- Technical Coordination: Experience or comfort in working with technical teams and understanding project components at a high level.
- Client-Focused: A proactive approach to client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Organization: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-Solving: Adept at analysing situations and offering practical, effective solutions.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, JIRA) and familiarity with software development processes is a plus.
