Job Title: Painter & Decorator Location: Fareham Salary: Up To £31,000 DOE + OTE +Benefits Join Signature Properties We are proud to own one of the fastest-growing privately owned property portfolios on the South Coast, and we are looking for dynamic individuals to expand our maintenance team.  Our goal is to ensure that every property in our portfolio is maintained to the highest standard.  As a Painter & Decorator, you will play a vital role in our success by ensuring our properties are maintained to a high standard.
Your expertise will ensure that all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard within set timeframes.  Our maintenance department is key to our operations, and we are looking for individuals who are well-organised, strong communicators, and masterful at managing their time.  Key Responsibilities: A wide variety of Painting and Decorating repairs in occupied homes, buildings and empty properties.
The work will include; all types of preparation, emulsion, gloss painting, wallpaper hanging, spray painting and artex repairs.
To be able to silicon to a high standard  Carry out general Maintenance tasks  Collaborate with team members or work independently to complete jobs effectively.  Maintain professionalism in all interactions.  What We're Looking For: A full, clean UK driving licence.  NVQ level 2 in Painting and Decorating or equivalent.
3 years experience in the residential repairs sector  Be a strong team player with a good work ethic Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.  Have the ability to prioritise tasks and excel under pressure.  A commitment to high standards and keen attention to detail.  Join us at Signature Properties and be part of a team dedicated to excellence in property maintenance
