What Were Looking For: Ability to run a section independently and manage busy prep for employee dining and hospitality events.
Knowledge of Food Hygiene and Safety, including allergens and labelling, with the ability to provide or complete Food Safety certification.
A flair for client interaction and service excellence.
Your Skills: Hardworking with a passion for food.
Minimum of one year of experience, preferably in contract catering, high-volume events, or hotel banqueting.
Driven and able to work quickly and effectively to produce high-quality food at volume.
Excellent communication skills with a high standard of spoken English.
Reliable team player who supports fellow chefs.
Must provide your own uniform and knives.
