About the RoleWhy work for Homecarers?Imagine a job where you spend every day making a meaningful difference to people's lives and go home feeling proud of everything you have achieved.Homecarers is a recognised care provider rated GOOD overall by CQC (Care Quality Commission)We are looking for people who have a kind, friendly caring nature, who may want a change of career and flexible shifts. You don't need qualifications or experience; we offer a thorough 4-day induction programme to prepare you in your new exciting role. Job OpportunityWhat to expectYou will be visiting clients in their own home in the Chester and Ellesmere Port area.You will be meeting several clients each day, so you need to be a great communicator and even better listener, as our clients love to tell great stories. You will be providing personal care and assisting with personal hygiene and dressing to get them ready for the day ahead. We don't need you to be a Michelin Starred chef, however basic cooking skills, such as boiling an egg, making sandwiches and using the microwave is essential. Our clients have a range of ailments that they need support with, so our Support Workers need to be patient and have compassion. We have a variety of shifts available, including morning shifts, full days and afternoons.
