Plasterer / Multiskilled Operative

Plasterer/ Multi-Skilled Operative (Repairs Team) c£35,000 per annum (inc Vehicle Responsibility Allowance) 40 Hours Per Week We are looking for a Plasterer / Multi Skilled Operative to join our busy Responsive Repairs team.
You will be able to demonstrate excellent multi-trade skills to enable you to undertake a broad range of jobs.
Ideally you will be an experienced plasterer with additional skills in carpentry, flooring and associated plumbing skills.
In addition to carrying out day to day repairs you will also occasionally be involved in ongoing planned works as required by the business.
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following: Plastering both patch and large areas Carpentry/UPVC experience Flooring Basic plumbing (although not essential) Ideally previous housing sector experience Excellent customer service skills Competence in using IT and be able to consistently follow department processes.
