Maintenance Assistant Mission: The Maintenance Assistant will carry out proactive and reactive general maintenance and upkeep of the Hotel interior and exterior, to ensure the property maintains high standards.
There will be generalpainting and decorating, liaising with front desk and contractors to conduct reactive and proactive planned maintenance, as well as other technical duties as required.
Collaborate with the Front Desk and Housekeeping teams to prioritize urgent repair tasks.
Perform basic plumbing, painting, carpentry, electrical, and decorative repair work as needed.
Carry out painting, decorating, and silicone application to maintain a polished appearance.
Ensure proper maintenance of heating and air conditioning equipment.
Conduct regular audits of guest rooms and public areas to identify decorating and repair requirements.
Complete all necessary decorating and maintenance tasks to uphold the expected standards of the property.
What you will bring: Experience in painting and decorating Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels Ability to multi task and problem solve in a fast paced environment Keen eye for detail Proven organizational skills works well on your own.
