Roadside Motors Portadown are keen to recruit an After Sales Advisor for our busy Parts and Service departments at our Portadown Peugeot dealership.
As a Roadside Motors Aftersales Advisor you will be working between our parts and service departments, identifying customer requirements, handling enquiries, and administration of bookings and associated workshop loading and handing over of completed vehicles, through the delivery of the highest level of customer care.
Duties would include : Fulfilling enquiries and orders from retail customers and our own workshop via telephone, face to face, e-mail etc.
Maintaining an efficient stock control system and helping with warranty administration.
Goods inward stock handling, ensuring that all goods are received and checked and stored accurately It is essential that you are numerate and literate, with an excellent telephone manner and a highly efficient administrative ability.
Motor vehicle experience is not essential but would certainly be advantageous.
It would be desirable to hold a full and valid U.K. driving licence.
