Our client has engaged TCS to help them define the art of the possible for their contact centre and deliver it using Amazon Connect and Microsoft Dynamics technology.
The Business Analyst is a key role, liaising with the client's Principle Business Analyst and their BA team to work to our client's preferred approach and ensure that all business stakeholder inputs have been identified and documented.
They will be working with our TCS internal technical SMEs to test technical feasibility of the client's requests and work with the CX consultants to ensure proposed solutions are defined and communicated back to the client's business stakeholders, at an appropriate level of detail.
The BA will be responsible for facilitating requirements gathering workshops, working with the technical teams, creating test scripts and delivering hands on testing and end user training needs.
Key responsibilities: (Up to 10, Avoid repetition) ·      Attend onsite and remote meetings to understand business and end user needs ·      Workshop design and facilitation with a wide range of client stakeholders and end users ·      Document and create process flows, wireframes or storyboards as needed for the As Is state ·      Use operational and technical experience to proactively input into To Be Design ideas ·      Convert inputs from the business into user stories and requirements ·      Document business requirements and acceptance criteria using the client's preferred approach and templates ·      Manage the testing process, developing scripts, obtaining client signoff and perform hands on testing as required ·      Lead UAT activities with the client for each release ·      Collate client feedback and liaise with technical SMEs and developers to resolve issues ·      Own the relationship with the client's Principle Business Analyst and their BA team members   Key skills/knowledge/experience: (Up to 10, Avoid repetition)     ·      Proven experience in Business Analyst roles requiring stakeholder relationship management, workshop design and detailed requirement gathering and documentation ·      Experience of working with contact centres and contact centre technology preferred ·      Experience of working with Amazon Connect and chatbots would be an advantage ·      Uses Excel and PowerPoint knowledge and skill to create quality client deliverables ·      Experience working in an Agile environment with strong team collaboration ethos ·      Experience in generating business requirement documentation with acceptance criteria ·      Proficient data analysis skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights ·      Experienced in writing training materials and delivering Train the Trainer activities to the client's training SMEs ·      Knowledge of tools such as Mural and Power BI desired ·      Certified Scrum Product Owner or similar qualification preferred   Person specification : I.e., negotiating, client facing, communication, assertive, team leading/team member skills, supportive.
Client facing, able to take the lead during workshops and build relationships.
Acts as a collaborative and supportive member of the internal team.
Excellent eye for detail, adept at learning new technology capabilities.
