Annual salary: up to £41,000.00Supervisor WinchesterFull Time Permanent.
42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday to Friday)Salary up to £43,000 per annum.Pyramid Plus South, a joint venture partnership between A2Dominion and Mears Property Services, provides repairs and maintenance, compliance, planned replacements and fire risk assessment works.
We successfully complete over 35,000 repairs, 1,000 voids and fit 600 kitchens and bathrooms annually to 23,500 homes.
With a wide range of upcoming projects, there are exciting times ahead as we continue to growSupervisor Duties Manage operative performance/ Productivity to achieve KPI's.Manage site health and safety through site packs, inspections, and monthly compliance.Respond to internal and external queries in timely manner.Manage fleet for assigned Direct Labour Operatives.Produce Scope of works where not supplied / Variations.Pre-start, Mid, and Post work inspections.Assess completed orders (desktop) ensuring sufficient photographic evidence and notes to support commercial invoicing.Subcontractor management, ensuring targets and quality are met.Diary monitoring for correct allocation of skills and time frameAppraisals for assigned operatives.Attend client meetings as required.Undertake interviews for new operatives/ liaise Mear's recruitment.Induction of new operativesRegular site attendanceManage Direct Labour Operatives H.R.
issues with assistance from Meras H.R.
department.all other non-specified duties associated with a supervisor role.Role Criteria:Trade experienceManagerial experienceSocial housing experienceGood customer service skillsGood written and Verbal communicationUK full driving licenseAll our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.Benefits we can offer you.
