Your new role As a Project Manager with this contractor, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of their residential projects.
Your responsibilities will include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
You will work closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to coordinate all aspects of the construction process.
Key responsibilities will include: Developing detailed project plans and schedules.
Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Conducting regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and address any issues.
Managing and mitigating project risks and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Liaising with clients and stakeholders to provide regular updates and maintain strong relationships.
What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you will need: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, particularly with residential projects.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
Proficiency in project management software and methodologies.
The ability to work independently and make effective decisions.
Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
