The Headteacher of this highly successful and oversubscribed school is looking to appoint a new Drama Teacher to join their Drama department.
Drama is an extremely popular and thriving subject in the school with excellent outcomes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Drama teacher looking to progress in a highly skilled supportive environment.
This role would suit an aspirational Drama teacher looking for a role in middle leadership and/or is the perfect role for a candidate might be looking to develop further.
What the school is looking for: • Wigan • January start • Drama Teacher ECT or experienced • Drama to GCSE and for A-Level • An Ofsted rated 'Good' practitioner.

• A relentless drive to secure the best possible outcomes for students of all abilities.
• Excellent communication and ICT skills The successful Drama Teacher will be both ambitious and committed to the teaching of Drama.
They will bring enthusiasm, dedication and ideas to the department and a desire to promote success, whilst instilling in their students a passion for the subject.
School Information The school is an 11-18 Mixed Comprehensive serving Drama and the surrounding community.
It is highly regarded in the local area and recognised as a friendly and welcoming school with high academic standards.

Experience and Qualifications • Degree in Drama or similar • QTS or PGCE Salary The salary for this Drama Teacher position will be paid to scale MPS/UPS.
