The successful candidate will have significant experience working with people with enduring mental health problems across a range of services.
You will receive regular supervision and your personal development priorities will be shared and supported through our appraisal process.As this team covers the whole of the trust's footprint, the postholder must have a driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
Main duties of the job The post-holder will ensure the highest standard of nursing care provided in accordance with the policies and procedures of Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust.
The practitioner will provide interventions to service users within the CMHT and willwork with the multidisciplinary team to offer a team approach to supporting service users in the community or for those on the discharge pathway from inpatient settings.
To contribute to case formulation and treatment plans.
To contribute to service development in collaboration with the wider team.
To participate in the education programmes of nursing students and otherdisciplines.
