Location: Telford & Shropshire Salary: £100- £130 per day (depending on experience) Type: Full-time / Part-time / Supply Are you passionate about working with young people and looking to gain valuable experience in education?
We are seeking Cover Supervisors to join our team and support local schools in the South Shropshire area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in teaching or for experienced professionals seeking flexible work in education.
Key Responsibilities: Delivering pre-set lessons and maintaining classroom discipline in the absence of the regular teacher.
Ensuring a positive learning environment is maintained for all students.
Managing behaviour in line with school policies and expectations.
Supporting students with their learning and offering guidance where needed.
Liaising with teaching staff and reporting on student progress and behaviour.
Requirements: Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to manage a classroom and engage students effectively.
Experience working with young people in any capacity is beneficial but not essential.
A desire to make a positive impact on students' education.
A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent (degree level preferred but not essential).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
