Job description Job responsibilities The post involves acting as a key worker and advocate to patients diagnosed with secondary breast cancer, providing support and information throughout their cancer pathway, as well as participation in service development.The successful candidate will be an experienced nurse who has had a previous clinical background in breast care and/or palliative care and the management of advanced disease.
