Scroll down for a complete overview of what this job will require Are you the right candidate for this opportunity As a PPA Teacher , you'll take on a part-time schedule, working Monday to Wednesday, delivering lessons to Year 5/6 classes and one day in Year 3.
You'll focus on providing effective feedback to class teachers and maintaining excellent behaviour management in the classroom.
This position runs until the end of the academic year and offers a fantastic chance to thrive in a supportive environment.
The responsibilities of the PPA Teacher role include: Deliver pre-planned lessons to Key Stage 2 pupils.
Teach Year 5/6 for two days and Year 3 for one day per week.
Provide detailed feedback to class teachers.
Ensure effective classroom behaviour management.
Foster a positive and engaging learning atmosphere.
Required Skills and Experience Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Proven experience working as a Class Teacher in a Primary School.
Strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
Excellent behaviour management skills.
Ability to deliver high-quality lessons with confidence.
Working as a PPA Teacher for Flourish Education Offers You Excellent Benefits, Including: Pay rates from £130 to £170 a day, equating to £25,350 to £33,150 per annum for full-year work.

Holiday pay - PAYE candidates accrue 12.07% of their day rate.
