Protocol Education is partnering with a successful one-form entry primary school in Wolverhampton, seeking a dedicated HLTA to join their supportive team.

Job Duties: Provide excellent classroom support and confidently lead small groups or whole-class lessons.
Set high expectations for pupils, supporting their academic and personal growth.
Build positive and supportive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
Embrace and contribute to the school's inclusive and aspirational ethos.
Foster an environment where every child is encouraged to thrive.
Required Qualifications: Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification, Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
Education: Relevant teaching assistant qualifications.
Experience: Experience working as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting.
Knowledge and Skills: Strong classroom support skills.
Ability to lead small groups or whole-class lessons confidently.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Collaborative teamwork abilities.
Understanding of inclusive education practises.
Preferred Qualifications: Additional relevant qualifications in education or child development.
Working Conditions: Full-time contract position.
Working hours based on school schedule.
