Treatment Supervisor

Job Description Our Clients is seeking a Treatments Supervisor to work alongside the Spa Operations Manager and ensure the smooth running of the Therapy department.
The right person for this role will be an experienced Therapist with experience in spa management, as the role includes carrying out treatments when required, as well as assisting with compiling the rota, monitoring stock and product sales and maintaining standards in the spa.
In addition you will have experience of managing a team as the role assist with recruitment, training and developing our Therapists.
Spa Duty Management shift are a part of the role on a rota basis.
This is a full time, permanent role, working 40 hours a week.
Hours will vary depending on business levels and weekend working will form part of the role.
Essential criteria: Excellent written and spoken English & mathsA flexible attitudePrevious Treatment Supervisor experience in a similar operationTraining experienceExperience of product developmentDemonstrable leadership, administration & organisational skillsIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft officeBTEC; NVQ: ITEC CIBTAC or equivalent Desirable criteria: Experience of working with the BAMFORD and NATURA BISSE brandTrain the Trainer CertificateStock Control Process experienceScheduling experience Why join us?
