Production Director

Front Line Manager (Manufacturing) Location: Watnall, Nottingham Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights) In the role of Front-Line Manager, you will need to demonstrate the flexibility to adapt plans or approaches when unexpected issues arise, such as machinery breakdowns or last-minute changes to production goals.
Your main responsibility will be to provide leadership, accountability, and structure to the production floor.
Instead, you will face unexpected challenges that are a regular occurrence in the production environment.
You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure a smooth production process.
This will involve assigning tasks based on team members' skills and production needs, monitoring performance, providing feedback, coaching, and discipline as needed, and motivating and supporting the team to achieve production targets and maintain high morale.
