NOC Engineer Hounslow Full-Time, On-Site Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off.
24 x 365.
Our client is currently seeking a highly skilled NOC Engineer to join their team on a 6 month contract.
Role Overview: As a NOC Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and swift resolution of any issues.
This is an on-site role with a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.
Respond to network alerts and incidents, performing initial diagnosis and escalation as needed.
Perform routine maintenance and updates on network equipment.
Collaborate with other engineers and departments to resolve complex network issues.
Document all network changes and incidents thoroughly.
Provide support for network-related projects and initiatives.
Qualifications: Valid CCNA and CCNP certifications are required.
Proven experience in a NOC or similar network support role.
Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and within a shift pattern.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
