As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high standards of service.
Support the General Manager in overseeing daily business operations and lead the team in their absence Bring our brand to life by motivating and guiding the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences Act as a role model for the team, providing training and development opportunities Ensure compliance with brand standards and maintain customer and team safety at all times Collaborate with the General Manager to set and achieve business goals Manage staff scheduling, inventory, and other operational tasks Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner Implement and maintain quality control procedures Contribute to the development and execution of marketing and promotional activities Assist in financial management, including budgeting and cost control measures #LI-EB1 Qualifications Previous experience in a similar assistant manager role, preferably in a customer-facing environment Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to handle challenges in a fast-paced environment Keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high standards in all aspects of the business Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as POS systems and scheduling software Knowledge of industry standards and best practices Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask effectively A positive, enthusiastic attitude with a customer-focused mindset GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above (or equivalent) #LI-VO1 AMRT1_UKCT
