About the Role: As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will lead classrooms across Key Stage 3 and 4, delivering pre-prepared lessons in the absence of regular teachers.
No teaching experience is necessary—just strong communication skills, confidence, and a positive attitude.
This role is an excellent stepping stone for building leadership, classroom management, and organizational skills, while gaining insight into the education sector.

You'll play a key role in supporting students' learning, ensuring their growth and success.
Key Responsibilities: Delivering pre-prepared lessons across various subjects to Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
Creating a structured and engaging classroom environment while maintaining behaviour management.
Encouraging active student participation and supporting their understanding of lesson content.
Adhering to school policies to promote a respectful and supportive learning atmosphere.
Position Details: Start date: January 2025.
Full-time and part-time roles available to suit your schedule.
Open to graduates from all degree backgrounds, unqualified teachers, and experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSAs).
