Role & Responsibilities: You will have a team of counterbalance drivers and operatives, who will work under your supervision and deputise in the absence of the Warehouse and Logistics Manager.
Plan and manage daily operational tasks, assigning resources and setting priorities.
Ensuring raw materials and packaging are issued to production in a timely manner to avoid any line downtime.
Inputting inventory checks onto the system and investigate any stock discrepancies.
Knowledge & Experience: Experience of leading a team in a busy manufacturing warehouse.
You will be target driven, problem solving, excellent communicator and able to lead and motivate others.
Hold a current counterbalance forklift licence.
