Charlton, United Kingdom Drpg Full time

Your reason for being here… Your purpose here at DRPG is to support our team in making it all possible so that we can ensure every client we come across has high-quality, reliable experience.
The way you roll… You're a focused and detail-orientated person with cracking communication skills and always know what our leaders need before they've even asked for it.
And while we're not sure if you're actually a spooky mind reader, you use your impressive initiative on the daily, and you're a marvel at prioritising and multi-tasking.
Plus, you're a solution focused superstar who always has the answer
This naturally makes your positive and flexible attitude shine, especially when it comes to those challenging situations and varying demands – after all, no two days are the same here
You're also a self-motivated, energetic team player who brings out the best in those around you, providing support that helps others succeed while thriving both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
Naturally, the usual suspects of drive to succeed, excellent time management skills and ability to work independently are part of who you are.
And understanding discretion is no problem for you, especially when working under pressure is your favourite thing to do (cue Queen song).
But most importantly, you're always living up our 'anything's possible' philosophy here at DRPG, never failing to go above and beyond.
How you make it all possible… Carrying out general administrative duties as required, including covering reception Proactively managing multiple stakeholders' diaries, utilising foresight – 'what's required, what's next' Providing administrative support for meetings, ensuring correct agendas/meeting briefs are ready beforehand Creating, proofing and distributing meeting minutes (including DRPG board and brand board) Arranging travel and accommodation, including international travel Developing effective relationships at all levels, liaising with the team, clients and suppliers Working at a strategic level, managing projects, preparing reports and overseeing budgets (including managing and processing expenses and raising POs) Managing communications on behalf of directors, both internally and externally, and supporting with organisational goals Assisting in formatting documents and proofread to ensure accuracy and professionalism Supporting other Board members and team as requested Maintaining and updating group management information systems as required Tracking actions assigned to Director(s) and assisting in meeting fast moving deadlines This list is not exhaustive, and you will be expected to work flexibly and undertake other such duties as the management may, from time to time, reasonably require.
What's in your toolbox… Experience of providing a full range of executive support to Directors, Senior Management Team and/or Board within a fast-paced environment Expertise in all versions of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word, as well as Teams, SharePoint and OneNote Super organised and able to manage both your own and others' time effectively Excellent attention to detail Experience with using AI, specifically Grammarly, Chat GPT and Copilot Ability to act proactively with significant degree of autonomy Ability to prioritise discretion and uphold confidentiality Willingness to learn new skills and develop existing ones – every day's a school day
Possess a clear drive and ambition to make a difference, along with the passion and commitment to achieving excellent results Ability to think strategically when planning Experience of global exec support is desirable Get to know us… We're one of the most unexpectedly all-round capable communications agencies that's been on the go for years – ever since our head honcho set up shop in a shed back in 1980, in fact.
Since then, we've made it our mission to make anything possible for our many and varied clients, putting our creative flair into delivering strategic communication campaigns, digital solutions, film and videos, events, exhibitions, and a whole lot more in between.
We've grown a lot, but we've kept everything that made us great, back from the very day we first started out.
Our global HQ and largest studios are smack bang in the middle of the UK and well worth a visit to see for yourself
Hang on, there's more… The role will be based primarily in Hartlebury, but there will be times when you'll need to work from our other places and undertake other related commercial duties both in the UK and overseas.
Flexibility is key
We're a friendly team.
We really, really welcome anyone who wants to become part of a brilliant company.
If you're passionate, with a cracking drive to deliver on our 'anything's possible' mindset, we'd love to hear from you.
DRPG is an equal opportunities employer.
We're committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace where everyone can be their best, so if you're excited about this role, we would love to hear from you and look forward to receiving your application.
