As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of person-centered care, leading and motivating a team to ensure outstanding quality of care for the residents.
Main duties of the job As a Home Manager, you will have the autonomy to manage your care home with the support and infrastructure provided by Barchester Healthcare.
You will be expected to have inspirational leadership skills, a passion for person-centered care, and a successful track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding personalized care through continuous improvement.
You will also need excellent organizational and management skills, experience in care home management, marketing, and occupancy, as well as a strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC, and compliance guidelines.

As a Home Manager at Barchester we offer a competitive basic salary with bonuses up to 100%, essentially doubling your salary
