Job description Job responsibilities Some key responsibilities include: Supporting implementation of the National Patient Safety Strategy Incident identification, incident closure, quality control, incident themes and trends Oversight and co-ordination of patient safety alerts Working with the relevant business leads to liaise with the CQC to liaise and coordinate CQC inspections and visits and the development of CQC compliance tools Managing the external DPO and information governance provider Providing expert governance resource and support to the both businesses Liaising across the businesses with the overall aim to use safety to improve our servicesBenefits Enhanced sickness pay scheme Enhanced Maternity Pay after 1 year's service 6 weeks annual leave Pension Scheme Bonus Scheme Life Assurance Well-being programme Employee Assistant Programme Counselling Service Long Service/Above and Beyond Awards Person Specification Qualifications Essential Previous experience working at this level is required along with a recognised industry qualification.
