About the University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust: Job description Job responsibilities The University Hospitals of Leicester invite applications for the posts of Senior Clinical Fellowinshoulder Surgery.
This post is available with effect from February 2025 for 6 months to 1 year.
The post is primarily based at Leicester General Hospital and Leicester Royal Infirmary and is designed for someone who has completed a Higher Surgical Training programme (within 3 months of, or post CCT) who wishes to expand their experience in electiveshouldersurgery.
The expectation is that after this post they would go on to a substantive post specialising inshouldersurgery.
The appointee will be expected to participate in post-graduate and undergraduate teaching and maintain his/her CME.
You will also be encouraged to take an active part in research As this post is regulated by the Protection of Children Act 1999, The Criminal Justice Courts Act 2000 and / or the Care Standards Act 2000 an enhanced police criminal records disclosure will be requested by the Trust in the event of a successful application.
