Northern Ireland Domestic Sales Executive

Description The primary responsibility of the Domestic Sales Executive will be to drive growth in the domestic central heating sector through effective and efficient lead management and the securing of new domestic customers in line with our strategic growth objectives.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Territory Development Manager and wider Calor team, developing relationships with key stakeholders such as the Home Energy Support Team, the Marketing Team, Installers, Specifiers and Builders.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in meeting key sales targets by effective lead management and follow up, engaging with customers, signing contracts, and coordinating the installation process to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
This challenging position requires an energetic and driven individual with well-developed interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities: Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
Utilise both marketing and specifier generated leads to manage, nurture, and sign new domestic customers.
Ensure a high conversation rate is maintained from lead to contract signed and first fill.
Sign contracts with customers, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly understood.
Conduct site visits and complete Tank Site and Access Reports to ensure compliant placement of storage tanks.
Work collaboratively and supportively with the Territory Development Manager and their network of key specifiers and installers within the assigned region.
Meet with customers to understand their energy needs; apply a consultative selling approach, identifying customer's needs and proposing solutions by providing compelling value propositions.
Stay updated on industry trends and Calor product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
Coordinate the installation process by handing over contracts to the Home Energy Support Team.
Represent Calor in a professional manner, networking at events to promote the Calor brand and products.
Collaborate with the Home Energy Support Team and internal departments to ensure effective and seamless sales process and customer experience.
Utilise relevant IT systems (CRM, Qliksense, Microsoft Office) for reporting /analysis as required by the role.
Attend and actively participate in team meetings.
Contribute to the Calor safety culture by adhering to relevant tank siting standards always acting in a safe and responsible manner.
This role will have elements of flexible working; evening and weekend hours are a prerequisite.
In addition, the successful candidate may be required to travel and stay overnight in accordance with business needs.
Any other duties as deemed reasonable by management.
