You'll also play an important role in helping us deliver a resilient water future for the Southeast.We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader within our Scheduling and planning team to manage a team of planners and schedulers to work in line with established key performance indicators and issue work within the service level agreement.
The department supports our field operations team in planning work schedule, reactive work and orders to ensure it is allocated within the agreed timeline.The role offers a variety whereby as a team leader you will be supporting your team providing clear objectives and direction by way of 121 catch up meetings, performance review meetings and supporting the development of your team members in this highly rewarding role.
Your continuous coaching and mentoring your team members in achieving the established targets will create an impact to the overall delivery of an excellent service to our internal colleagues and our customers in delivering high quality water supply.It is an exciting time to join the time as we are going through positive changes within the team where your role will be key in reviewing internal processes and identify areas for improvement for an efficient delivery of service.To be successful in this role, it is vital for you to have leadership experience managing a team by being a role model and supportive relationship with your team members.
