Site Services Manager

We are seeking a Site Services Manager who is a Continuous Improvement Champion, proactive, detail-oriented and experienced in site services engineering,, particularly within FMCG.
Following significant investment, new machinery and restructuring, we have some great opportunities to join a forward thinking business at this value add site.
One of the new roles is the newly created Site Services Manager.
You'll work closely with the Engineering Manager to drive the change from a from a 'repair culture' to an 'improvement culture' enhancing equipment performance and reliability by developing technical skills and knowledge of the wider engineering team.
As the Site Services Manager you'll lead and supervise the Site Services Team while ensuring the smooth day-to-day of site services, working closely with the Engineering Team.
Key responsibilities are to ensure Site Services and ancillary equipment is fully functional to meet the needs of a 24/7 food manufacturing facility, through robust preventative / planned maintenance / condition monitoring and process control systems.
The Site Services Manager will lead their team to ensure statutory compliance is managed to meet relevant legal requirements and use effective continuous improvement methods to continually improve site efficiencies.
What we're looking for: Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in fast paced manufacturing environment Proactive mindset with the flexibility and ability to implement changes Commercial and business awareness, with strong financial acumen Experience in site services management, preferably in a fast moving consumer goods organisation.
