Role: Purchase Ledger Administrator Location: HARIBO Pontefract (hybrid working- 3 day per week in the office and 2 from home)Working hours: 38Salary: Competitive Position type: 12- month fixed term contract We are on hunt for an experienced 'Purchase Ledger Administrator' to come and join our Finance team… this could be your opportunity to join the sweet life of HARIBOWithin this role you will report directly into our 'Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Manager' and work directly as part of a team of seven.
To enable HARIBO sugary success, within this role you will maintain accurate purchase ledger as well as enable suppliers to be paid on time.
How you'll contribute to the mix:This is a fantastic opportunity to add a sugar rush to your career and delve hand first into a role at HARIBO.-Taking ownership of the accounts payable process including maintenance and accuracy of the payable ledgers-Registering, coding and enter invoices into the relevant system-Managing supplier queries and relationships -Ensuring suppliers are paid within agreed terms -Running and preparing weekly payments reports -Checking and reconciling supplier statements - Closing creditors ledger and running monthly reports - Month end clearing account accrual and reconciliation - Balance sheet and process company reconciliations -Reconciling monthly company credit card transactions-Processing out of pocket expenses and processing and reconciling travel expenses Can you supply our essential ingredients?We are on the hunt for an individual with previous purchase leger experience… but don't worry we aren't fussy when it comes to which industry your experience lies within
